ISOTRADE Ltd. was founded by CHEMCO INTERNATIONAL in May 2005 in order to take over all waterproofing activities offered by the mother company and develop them further.

Now ISOTRADE is the Bulgarian representative of:

- PLUVITEC S.p.A.- one of the leading Italian bituminous membrane manufacturers;

- BAUDER GmbH- biggest German manufacturer of bituminous, PVC, FPO waterproofing membranes and PUR/PIR thermo-insulation;

- IMPERBEL sa/nv- Belgian manufacturer of premium bituminous waterproofing products (DERBIGUM).

Being part of CHEMCO INTERNATIONAL structure, we can offer also synergy based on product portfolio, experience, know- how and technical capacity of the other two companies in the group- UNITRADE INTERNATIONAL Ltd.- www.unitrade-bg.com- representative of GEBERIT, Switzerland and CHEMCO CONTRACTING Ltd.- www.chemco-bg.com- specification, material delivery and application of anticorrosive paints and coatings, fire- protective intumescent paints, industrial thermo- insulations and self- leveling epoxy/polyurethane floors. We can offer solution practically to any construction problem connected with waterproofing and insulation- as wholeseller or applicator.

 Main projects contracted as applicator are: TOKUDA HOSPITAL,  RAINBOW PLAZA Business Center, FLORIMONT EXPO Business Center,  HOTEL SILVER HOUSE, BELFRIGO warehouse & packaging complex in Gabrovo, KAMENITZA Breweries in Plovdiv, Haskovo and Pleven, BOLYARKA Brewery, IMPERA Printing House,     Business Center Litex, VINEX SLAVYANTSI wine cellars,  LVK- VINPROM in Targovishte.

We supplied waterproofing materials for: TECHNOPOLIS- central warehouse and shopping centers in Blagoevgrad and Dobrich,  JOKING Shopping Center in Samokov, UNIVERSIADA Sport Center,  ZAGORKA Brewery, VARNA Airport.

 ISOTRADE is member of the Bulgarian Association for Construction Insulation and Waterproofing (BAIS).
